Romance
I’m a sucker for romance! On our honeymoon, we went to a private beach and chased each other at a waterfall. I still remember like it was yesterday.
Bridal designer? 😅
I made my wedding dress and veil because I found wedding dresses to be extremely heavy for my petite frame… I’m 4”10! 😲
Mangoes
If I am feeling down, my husband can cheer me up with a mango – he’s the sweetest.
I prefer lip balms
I love coconut-flavoured lip balms. The smell takes me back to Jamaica… obviously haha. I could do with eating one now.
Married
I got married at Konoko Falls in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, back in 2019 because I didn’t want a grand wedding. I had 25 guests and wouldn’t change a thing!
Getting to know me
Besides work…
Deep down, I am a true romantic who adores movies like ‘The Wedding Planner.’ I cherish long walks with my husband, enjoy extended drives, and have a passion for cooking Italian and Thai food. Here’s a fun fact: my husband, Chev, happens to be the best lighting assistant I’ve ever had. His incredible attention to detail prompts him to chip in whenever he senses I could use a hand.
My husband and I have celebrated five wonderful years of marriage, and he shares my love for romance. So, you’re in for a treat. Ha!
Other things I love doing include buying unnecessary fabric for sewing projects that never happen, practicing curly blow-dries on my hairdressing block, and cleaning my high heels I certainly can’t walk in 🤭.
