A little about me and why I have chosen to become a Jamaica wedding photographer. Photography has always been my passion ever since I was given my first DSLR at the age of 17 – what a dream. I started off with capturing breath-taking landscapes such as the countryside of Jamaica – St. Mary – to piglets relaxing with their mama enjoying family time.
When my friends started to get married, I was always asked to bring my camera along as they knew I would have taken lovely candid photos of themselves and family members, and I always delivered on time, hehe.

Jamaica is an island which I love with all my heart, especially since my parents were born there. I have been to the island around 15 times or more. To be honest, I have had so much fun that I have lost count. My relatives always tease me because ‘normal’ things such as sweeping in front of ‘the yard’ would take me at least an hour to do but if they did it… It’s easily 15 to 20 minutes, haha. Sometimes I wish I was like them because their strength and chill vibes are admirable.
Jamaica Travel Photos
On my last visit to Jamaica, I captured a variety of things which I am sharing with you. They include hilarious signs, sandy beach views, dreamy restaurant menus, and more.
These photos bring back so many memories as I was there with close family members whom I haven’t seen since 2019.
Jamaica wedding photographer
As a destination wedding photographer, I offer a documentary style of photography meaning there are no cheesy poses, and I mainly capture candid moments of you and your guests. This approach is perfect for all couples, especially those who feel shy in front of the camera.
Kindly note that I only have packages for Jamaica and Gibraltar as many countries have travel restrictions. However, if you still like to enquire, please let me know which country you are thinking of getting married in, and I will check the relevant government website to ensure that I can apply for a work permit.
Jamaica destination weddings
If you are looking to get married in Jamaica, try looking at venues such as Konoko Falls in Ocho Rios. Even though we got married there, it was such a calm location and full of hills, slopes, and greenery. We only had 25 guests but I felt like that was enough as it was very intimate. We didn’t have any groom getting ready photos but it is something I would encourage you to have; after all, it’s memories. Beach weddings are super popular in Jamaica, so if that’s what you’re after don’t forget to get a flowy and lightweight dress as the heat in Jamaica is a beast.
As your Jamaica Wedding Photographer, my services go beyond capturing your event. By the end of your wedding, you’ll literally want to call me your ‘best friend’ as I’m there to support you throughout your whole event – including those teary moments. The vows always get me so don’t be surprised if I need a tissue too.
Jamaica photographer for events
In the UK, I always get booked for photography sessions and events such as Galas and lavish birthday parties, etc. If you are looking for a Jamaica photographer to take photos at an event you are holding whether it’s at a hotel or on the beach – count me in! I’m always down for candid shots as they always end up being the best photos.
Quirky details about your Jamaica Wedding Photographer
I love details!
I’m obsessed with detailed shots and even bought a macro lens just so I can be extra on your wedding day, ha!
Bridal designer? 😅
I made my wedding dress and veil because I found wedding dresses to be extremely heavy for my petite frame… I’m 4”10! 😲
I prefer lip balms
I love coconut-flavoured lip balms. The smell takes me back to Jamaica… obviously haha. I could do with eating one now.
Marriage
I got married at Konoko Falls, Ocho Rios, Jamaica in 2019.
Mangoes
If I am feeling down, my husband can cheer me up with a mango – he’s the sweetest.
Romance
I’m a sucker for romance! On our honeymoon, we went to a private beach and chased each other at a waterfall. I still remember like it was yesterday.
